About me
From a young age I knew that I wanted to work with and help people, I have many years experience in working with mental health, working with a variety of people with different issues. I qualified as a psychiatric nurse in Leicester and worked as a senior staff nurse at St Andrews Hospital in Northampton for many years. I have since qualified as a psychotherapist completing a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Northampton University.
I have also studied couples counselling and am a qualified executive coach, working with the emergency services and multi national companies in helping people reach their potential
